(Serviee Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount <br />of $5;100 to J&L Door Service to replace back garage door at the Service Departrnent. (Finance <br />Department) (Read in title only) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, this will go through Three Readings? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, correct. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, does anyone have any questions or discussion on this matter? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, in September, House Bi11312 was passed and became effective on November <br />2°a per the terms of the House Bill, all municipalities are required to adopt a Credit Card Policy. <br />In that policy, certain things are supposed to be outlined as far as usage and accountability, credit <br />limit and so forth and then reporting requirements after it is adopted.
