Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, January 29, 2018 Page 17 people would come and stay for their meeting. There is a Village-wide mailing that is planned to go out tomorrow announcing that meeting and it also have information about 911. If Council thinks 6:30 is bad timing, we probably could change it in that mailing. Council President Saponaro asked, what day of the week is that? Ms. Wolgamuth replied, that would be a Thursday night. Council President Saponaro stated, that's fine. There's no reason to change the time on that. Ms. Wolgamuth stated, okay. The other thing I could do is add to that mailing because even in the Voice of the Village we put the Council meetings at 7:00. I can just do a little notice and add it to that mailing to alert everyone that we are going back to 8:00 on Council nights. Council President Saponaro stated, sure. Thank you. That would be extremely helpful. Ms. Wolgamuth stated, okay. Thank you. Council President Saponaro asked, any questions regarding that report? There were none. John Marrelli (Building) . Architectural Review Board - We met on the l lth for a new home that is going to be built on SOM near Thornapple. It's a beautiful new home. It will be pretty exciting. . Planning and Zoning - We met on the 18t' and had two items on the agenda. One was Mr. Skoda's project, the lot split on Highland Road and that was approved. Then there was the final site plan for the Artis Memory Care facility on North Commons. That is about 99% approved. We are holding on a Development Agreement for a couple of odds and ends. We should have that wrapped up and they will be voting on that next Monday, February Sth Mary Betsa (Council) - Just a reminder that if you would like to attend the House Bill 9 Training Session scheduled in Reserve Hall on Friday, February 16'h at 10:00, let me know. Also, I was able to secure Sue Willeke to make a presentation on Ethics on Monday, Apri123`d at 10:00 a.m. in Reserve Hall. Let me know if you wish to attend. Shred Day has been scheduled for Saturday, May 19t" here in the parking lot from 9:00-12:00. Committee Reports: Citizen's Advisory - Mrs. Mills - We met in January. We have 16 members on the Committee. Bob Haycox was elected Chairman again. We talked about the Master Plan. Rachael Novak was there to give a very comprehensive report. I understand that she will be doing the same on February 15t', is that right?
