May I get a motion to approve the <br />Council Committee selections for 2018 at amended? <br />Motion to approve the Council Committee Selections for 2018 as amended. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the Council Committee Selections <br />for 2018 as amended. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Council Committee Assignments for <br />2018 approved as amended <br />Mrs. Mills asked, can we have a new schedule of all of the Committee assignments? <br />Council President Saponaro stated, we will send out a new schedule with a11 of the Committees. <br />I know we will also get a new schedule with updated Committee members that have been sworn <br />in. <br />Ms. Wolgamuth replied, the directory, yes. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, a full directory with everything? <br />Ms. Wolgamuth replied, yes. <br />Council President Saponaxo stated, wonderful. The Master Calendar I wanted everyone to have <br />will be updated as weT'1. <br />Mrs. Mills asked, Council Caucus on February Sth will be 7:00? <br />Council President Saponaro replied, yes. 7:00 here. We will continue to have open dialogue <br />and make sure we are evolving into the best Council we can be. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />Diane Wolgaanuth (Administration) - The current issue of the Voice of the Village should be <br />in your mailboxes this week. It appears that some people have already gotten it. One of the <br />major topics in this issue is the Master Plan in process. The Mayor's'article is fairly dedicated to <br />that. We also reprinted the Executive Summary of the Community Survey results. The other <br />thing we note in there is the first Public Meeting has been scheduled for February 15th and I am <br />afraid to say this, but we scheduled it at 6:30. It's very difficult to know what is a good time for <br />people and we would like as much participation as we can get. We scheduled it at 6:30. There is <br />a Planning and Zoning meeting at 7:30 and we hoped that maybe the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br /> <br />
