However, there are occasions where we for timing reasons or issues <br />we cannot always have that but it is our goal to have as many readings as possible. <br />NEW BUSINESS `• <br />1Vlotion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $12,000 to All Covered <br />for backup/disaster recovery and miscellaneous support for the server - 2018. <br />(Administration) <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $12,000 to All Covered for backup/disaster recovery and miscellaneous support for the <br />server - 2018. (Administration) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne reported, All Covered backs up our data on a daily basis. They do any restoration or <br />data recovery if needed. If we have any problems, they do our hardware maintenance for our <br />servers over at the Fire Station. For that service we pay $660 a month or $7,920 a year. Also, as <br />part of their contract, we pay for services at $135 an hour if needed by Jeff Thomas for things <br />that might not be covered by contract. (Building Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, back in 2015, OPERS changed the rules on how they handle healthcare for <br />retirees so a lot of part-time workers who were on OPERS healthcare were put in a position <br />where they had to make a decision on whether to keep working part-time and lose tlie healthcare <br />or to retire entirely. A couple of the assistants we had working in the Building Department <br />retired. We entered into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Anthony Carbone for $45
