There are some papers to be signed. Council President Saponaro stated, all of the papers are along the back. We are going to take about 5 minutes so you can all sign and turn those back in. If anyone wants coffee there are some refreshments and pastries in the back. Thank you. Council took a break for refreshments at 7:10 p.m. Council reconvened at 7:20 p.m. Comments From Council President Saponaro The first thing I am going to do is turn the floor to Dr. Parker. I know he wanted to address Council. He was not able to be here at our workshop due to an unforturiate death in his family which we wish you condolences and sympathies. Dr. Parker? Dr. Parker stated, thank you very much. I do apologize for not being there. As you know, I did want to discuss the changes in the Council meeting time. I discussed this with a number of Council people at this point. As you know, the current change in the Council meeting time on the third Monday puts me in conflict with an essential business meeting. In the past, I was able to attend this business meeting, leaving early and also attend Council. The discussion changing the Council meeting to 7:00 took hold near the end of November and mid-December. At that final December Council meeting, it really was not apparent to me that it was a done deal. I did speak with Council President Saponaro and I appreciate his conversation and advised him of my conflict at that
