You have <br />before you the revised copy for that provision and for the record, it would note that "Artis <br />and Charles Kinnaird shall enter into a mutually-acceptable agreement in substantial <br />compliance with the recommendations of the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for the installation of buffered landscaping and mounding on the <br />adjacent property owned by Charles Kinnaird, Permanent Parcel No. 831-05-010." <br />Council President Saponaro stated, thank you. Any discussion on this? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-11, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Member <br />CommuniTy Infrastructure Grant Program Agreement with the Northeast Ohio Regional <br />Sewer District." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Law <br />Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Williams, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Williams, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2018-11. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, this grant goes along with the Thornapple/Robley/Wilson Mills sewer <br />project. We applied for a$750,000 grant through the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer <br />District which was approved to help with the financing of the project. We just received a <br />copy of the Agreement at the end of last month. This legislation is authorizing us to sign <br />that Agreement and move forward with the project.
