Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, February 19, 2018 <br />Page 8 <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-05, entitled, <br />funds for current expenses and expenditures for Mayfield <br />from January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2018 <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Reading - 1-29-18) <br />Ordinance No. 2018-05 moved to Third Reading, <br />"An Ordinance appropriating <br />Village, Ohio for the period <br />and declaring an emergency." <br />(Finance Department) (First <br />Mr. Wynne stated, I would like to mention to Council that you will be receiving in your packets <br />this weekend revised budget pages for the changes we made since you received the initial copy <br />with those changes highlighted and explained. <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-06, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an amendinent <br />to Stormwater Project Agreement with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Law Deparhnent) (First Reading <br />-1-29-18) <br />Mr. Budzik stated, on this one, there should be a motion for further discussion. <br />Motion to discuss <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to discuss. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Discussion Ensued <br />Council President Saponaro stated, this is the amendment to the Stormwater Project Agreement. <br />Everyone should have this in front of you to review. The discussion on this is this ordinance is <br />in place if Council, based on recommendations and hearing from the community wants to <br />proceed with the trail aspect of the stormwater project for Beecher's Brook. I would like to open <br />this up for discussion with questions or anything Council has regarding the trail part of the <br />project. This only deals with the amendment that would be the trail portion of the project. I <br />need people's input on this. What is the thought process here? What information do you need to <br />make this decision? <br />Mr. Marquardt stated, I think the trail should be separated from the creek changes. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, it is. This is separate. <br />Mr. Marquardt stated, it does not like read like that. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, the intention is that it is separate. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Marquardt stated, that's not the way I read it.
