Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council
Monday, March 19, 2018
Page 15
and such who have commitments during the day and oftentimes we are not retired and we don't
just close up shop at 5:00 or 6:00, we have a lot of commitments. Like I said, I know other
communities might be doing things differently but_we are Mayfield Village and we do what's
best for Mayfield Village and. for our Council and the times when we serve Council and
foriunately we have great constituents who come when we have our ineetings scheduled. I do
appreciate that you are all here at the times they are scheduled. Thank you. For many years
now, thank you.
Council President Saponaro asked, anyone else?
Mrs. Mills stated, as far as the club meeting that I am giving up, this club is the Women's Club
here in the Village and they are very astute on what they do and what they give back to the
Village. I think any club or any association that benefits Mayfield Village is a good thing.
Dr. Parker stated, I can appreciate that Patsy, but there are a lot of different activities that we
have going on in the Village and there are a lot of different activiry committees we are on and we
have always worked as a team here and we have always come up with situations that when
someone cannot go to a certain meeting, someone else might be on that committee and then you
are on a different committee and sometimes those things change over time but we have always
worked as a team. I don't see the congruency there, but I do appreciate you bringing that up.
Thank you. Council President Saponaro stated, and the only comment I will make is that it was brought to
our attention when this came about that had we given a year's notice so that people could make
other arrangements to have these meetings, that's now changed and I guess if that wasn't the
case then we should have put more thorough diseussion on that. If there's no one else wanting to
speak on this, we can go to a vote and just let it be decided that way.
There were no furtlier comments.
ROLL CALL: AYES: Meyers, Mills, Schutt Motion Carried
Williams, Saponaro Regular Meeting of Council. for 2019
NAYS: Marquarcit, Parker Moved to 7:00 p.m.
Mr: Williams asked, Council President, could you confirm the vote?
Council President Saponaro replied, the vote has been confirmed, 5 votes to 2 votes: The motion
has passed.
. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $39,533 to All Covered for 0365
migration with new server. (Administration)
Mrs. Mills,.seconded by Mr. Will'iams, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the ainount of
$39,533 to All Covered for 0365 migration with new server.
Council President Saponaro asked, is tlus, Outlook?
