Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 19, 2018 . <br />Page 21 - <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bid Accepted <br />Expenditure Approved <br />. . Motion to accept bid and authorize expenditure in the amount of $16,500 to Cianci <br />'. Construction, Inc. for concre'te replacement of the Wiley pavilion floor and <br />walkways, including restoration of the grass area disturbed by the water line work. <br />(Service Department) . <br />Mrs. Mills; seconded by Mr: Williams, made a motion to accept bid and authorize expenditure in <br />the amount of $16,500 to Cianci Construction, Inc. for concrete replacement of the Wiley <br />pavilion floor and walkways, including restoration of the grass area disturbed by the water line <br />work. . <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Metzung stated, this will be contingent on the findings, the irisurance company is going to <br />send out a structural engineer. We didn't see anything at this point but. they want to send out a <br />structural engineer. If all is well, then we can move forwaxd with this. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, okay. Any other questions? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, also, assuming the $16,500 is.all we have to do; that is covered by insurance. <br />If the insurance company determiries that there is more needed to be done as far as the pavilion <br />goes, that will also be covered by insurance. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, very good. Ordinance <br />amending Codified Ordinance Sections 903.01; 903.02, 903.03, and 903.04 relating to <br />driveway apron and tree lawn maintenance." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council <br />as a Whole. (Law Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, Doug, can you just give us a little preview? <br />Mr. Metzung replied, this just clears up_ an area that has not been covered in the past.
