They have executed an Assignment Agreement for Freedonia to assign their rights under the Agreement to MarketResearch:com and that assignment lias been approved by the M.C.I.C. CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None IVlotion Carried Resolution Adopted Motion to approve 2016 Economic Development Incentive grant payment to MarketResearch.com in the amount of $29,662. (Finance Department) Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve 2016 Economic Development Incentive grant payment to MarkefResearch.com in. the amount of $29,662. (Finance Department) Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, any discussion? Dr. Parker stated, this is just for 2016. When we discussed it at the M.C.I.C. it was approved and it's pretty much a done deal. That's good. They mef their minimum. Mr. Wynne stated, correct. Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, any other discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, for 2016, MarketResearch generated $98,872 in revenue. They have a grant of 30% against that figure. That equates to the $29,662. Council President Pro Tem Williams stated, thank you. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Approved Motion to approve 2017 Economic Development Incentive grant payment to MarketResearch.com in the amount of $23,655. (Finance Department) Dr. Parker asked, do we need a motion to an'lend this? Or do we turn it down. Mr. Coyne stated, I would go straightforward and make the inotion to approve it with the same figures based upon the report made by Mr. Wynne that was previously discussed at the M.C.I.C. meeting.
