Grant Agreement with <br />Wireless Environmerit, LLC." (Introduced by Mayor and Council. as a Whole). (Law <br />Department) Dr. Parker; seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2018-17. <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, discussion? . <br />Mr. Wynne stated, the Village has an Economic "Development Incentive Grant Agreement <br />with. Wireless Environment who we know is a dlia of Mr. Beams. They have been acquired by Ring, Inc. so this Agreement is Wireless Environment assigning their rights under our <br />Agreement to Ring, Inc. Council President Pro Tem Williams stated, fhank you. (Finance Department) <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Schutt, made a motion to approve 2017 Econoinic Developinent <br />Incentive grant payment to Ring, Inc. in the amount of $14,204. (Finance Department) <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, discussion? Mr. Wyniie stated, for 2017, Ring generated $47,347. Their required ininiinum was $30,000. <br />The grant is 30% of actual collections which equates to the $40,204. <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams stated, thank you. Any other discussion?
