A shade structure will be -constructed that will go over that entire area of the <br />concessions fo provide shade for people eating over there. August 25th will be Family Fun Night <br />with food trucks. There will be about 15 trucks and vans. We are looking for volunteers who <br />are wiliing to help out. Cruise Night is Saturday, June 9th. The rain date is Sunday, June lO"': <br />The festivities will start a half hoi.r earlier. It's typically from 6:00-10:00. It is scheduled for <br />5:30-9:30 to try to encourage more families in our family fun zone. With the earlier start time, <br />that will help with children. There.will be additional activities for the children. There are three <br />bands, a 60's, 70's and 80's band. If you are looking for any Grove updates, you can type in <br />Grove on Google . and receive all of your updates that way. Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Law <br />Department) (First Reading - 3=19-18) <br />Ordinarice No. 2018-17 moved to Third Read. <br />Dr. Parker asked, I don't know if the Mayor has.scheduled any kind of public meeting on tliis, <br />but in the past the Mayor oftentimes did hold some kind of ineeting and let the residents, <br />especially the residents closest to whatever was going on, but everyone really, just as an <br />opportunity for people to hear any kind of opinions or thoughts or ask questions. I didn't know <br />if that been planned before we make a final vote on it or if it happened. I don't recall. <br />Ms. Wolgamuth replied, I don't have the schedule with me, but there is a schedule that has to be <br />followed Uetween now and the election day in November. That does include a public meeting. I
