These are the <br />people who are out there every day protecting you. <br />I learned a long time ago that it's very difficult, if not impossible; to be an effective leader; <br />unless you have excellent people to lead. That's what you have here in Mayfield Village Police <br />Department. So as I leave to start my next chapter, I have a request for all of you and my request <br />is this. Don't ever stop remembering them and recognizing them the way you recognized me <br />here tonight. Because they are the ones that are here day and night, weekends and holidays, <br />keeping the darkness from your door. Thank you very much. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, I think it's time to take a break and have some refreshments <br />and wish Rich congratulations. We will be coming back to go into Executive Session. You are <br />free to go. You certainly can stay, but there's nothing after that. Let's celebrate with Rich at this <br />point. Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code <br />Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the purchase or sale of property and <br />pursuant to Ohio Revised Code SectYOn 121.22(G)(8) to consider an <br />application for economic development assistance. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the purchase or sale of property and <br />pursuant to Ohio Revised- Code Section 121.22(G)(8) to consider an application for economic <br />development assistance. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, I would like to invite Mr. Coyne, Mr. Marquardt, Ms. Wolgamuth and Mr. <br />Wynne to come into Executive Session please. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, and I would like Mrs. Betsa as well. <br />Council went into Eaecutive Session at 8:15 p.m. <br />Council returned at 8:55 p.m.
