Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, January 28, 2019 <br />Page 4 <br />Council President Saponaro stated, okay, if you could just get back to us that would be great. <br />Mrs. Mills stated; Donna usually sends out a letter to the individual that has a snow plowing <br />company who the person is. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, yes, but I know for example with this individual, the <br />voicemail was full, they could not get into their driveway and they were stuck. <br />Mr. McAvinew stated, I will follow up. . <br />Council President Saponaro stated, okay. <br />Chief Edelman (Police) - Just one item. This past Friday we had the bid opening for the new <br />body cameras. While we do have a low bid, we are still evaluating all four of the bids to make <br />sure we pick the right vendor for this because it is a very iinportant item. We will have more <br />information forthcoxning on that. I will save the rest of my comments for later. Thank you very <br />much. <br />Comffiittee Reports: <br />Citizens Advisory (Patsy Mills): We met this evening. Bob Haycox was elected <br />Cha.irman this year. We discussed past and future speakers and events in the Village. <br />The next meeting is February 18th. <br />• 'Y'hird Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-31, entitled, "An Ordinance adopting a Credit <br />Card Policy for Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Bodnax. (First Reading - <br />November 19, 2018; Second Reading - December 17, 2018) (Finance Department) <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2018-31. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion?
