Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, February 25, 2019 Page 7 i • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-01, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance creating certain positions and compensation related thereto for the Village's Summer Camp Program." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (First Reading - January 28, 2019) (Parks and Recreation) Council President Saponaro stated, I would entertain a motion to suspend on this one. I know we are trying to go out and get the folks we need to run the summer programs. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Schutt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2019-01. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? This is clearly just to get the compensation in place for the summer camp positions. Does anyone have any questions regarding this? There were none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-02, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance establishing Recreational wages." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (First Reading - January 28, 2019) (Parks and Recreation) Council President Saponaro stated, this is similar to the previous ordinance so I would entertain a motion to suspend. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion?
