Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, February 25, 2019 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-01, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />creating certain positions and compensation related thereto for the Village's Summer <br />Camp Program." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (First Reading - January 28, 2019) (Parks <br />and Recreation) <br />Council President Saponaro stated, I would entertain a motion to suspend on this one. I know we <br />are trying to go out and get the folks we need to run the summer programs. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Schutt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2019-01. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? This is clearly just to get the compensation <br />in place for the summer camp positions. Does anyone have any questions regarding this? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-02, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />establishing Recreational wages." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (First Reading - <br />January 28, 2019) (Parks and Recreation) <br />Council President Saponaro stated, this is similar to the previous ordinance so I would entertain a <br />motion to suspend. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2019-02.
