Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, February 25, 2019 <br />Page 8 <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? This is establishing the recreational wages <br />that we need for running our summer programs. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-04, entitled, "An Ordinance appropriating <br />funds for current expenses and expenditures for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period <br />from January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2019 and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (First Reading - January 28, 2019) (Finance Department) <br />Ordinance No. 2019-04 moved to Third Read. <br />• Resolution No. 2019-09, entitled, "A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County Fiscal <br />Officer to adjust the amended official certificate of estunated resources for 2019." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Finance Deparhnent). <br />Council President Saponaro stated, this goes along with Ordinance No. 2019-04. Any questions <br />on either of these? <br />There was none. <br />NEV6' SUSiNESS <br />Motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $11,000 to JElVIM Properties <br />Management, Ltd. for 2019 Solar Electric Service at Police Station per Power <br />Purchase Agreement of 9-8-10 (Agreement expires 4-30-20). (Finance Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the <br />amount of $11,000 to JEMM Properties Management, Ltd. for 2019 Solar Electric Service at <br />Police Station per Power Purchase Agreement of 9-8-10 (Agreement expires 4-30-20). (Finance <br />Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, I want to again mention what this is about and clarify some information from <br />the last meeting. The agreement actually expires April 30, 2032. The April 30, 2020 date is the <br />date we have the option to exercise a buy-out option at fair market value. I had mentioned at <br />Caucus it expired on 2020. That was incorrect. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, this is the expiration of exercising of the buy-out? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, coirect. It's a 20 year lease which expires April 30, 2032. On April 30, <br />2020, we have the option to buy it out at fair marlcet value. <br /> <br /> <br />? <br />?. <br />r
