Have we decided where we are
going to have that?
Ms. Wolgamuth replied, yes, we have decided we will meet at the pavilion. They are
going to tour the various projects that are going on in the recreational area.
Mrs. Mills stated, okay. That will be at 7:00 p.m.
Drainage & Infrastructure (Council President Sa onaro)• This evening Drainage and
Infrastructure met. We are going to have our next meeting on June 17'h at 6:00. During
the meeting we had an application for Tysh and for Edelman that we reviewed. We are
looking at additional information for both and hope to have a recommendation for those
at the next meeting to Council for voting.
• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-10, entitled, "An emergency Ordinance
amending Chapter 1335 of the Village's Codified Ordinances adopting the International
Property Maintenance Code, 2018 Edition." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Building
Department) (First Reading — April 15, 2019)
Ordinance No. 2019-10 moved to Third Read.
Motion to approve an expenditure not to exceed $750.00 to provide a luncheon for
all Mayfield Village employees in honor of Public Service Appreciation Week.
(Administration)
Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to approve an expenditure not to exceed
$750.00 to provide a luncheon for all Mayfield Village employees in honor of Public Service
Appreciation Week.
Council President Saponaro asked, discussion?
Mr. Wynne stated, this was put on on my request. Ordinance No. 2003-44 grants the Mayor
authorization to expend public funds for the purchase of food and beverage as long as it is
included in the budget and as long as it meets the criteria to be a public purpose. Employee
appreciation is not one of those items listed as a public purpose so we wanted to make sure
before we move forward with this that it was okay with Council and we got your approval before
NNIe proceed.
