ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $19,306 to Anselmo's Inc. for Drainage & Infrastructure project located at 504 Zorn Lane, 6853 and 6863 Metro Park Drive. (Engineer) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $19.306 to Anselmo's Inc. for Drainage & Infrastructure project located at 504 Zorn Lane, 6853 and 6863 Metro Park Drive. (Engineer) Council President Saponaro asked. Mr. Cappello, can you explain this project for us? Mr. Cappello replied, yes Council President. The location is three residences, all of which have standing water in their yard. They approached the D&I and made an application. We looked at it and received three competitive bids of which Anselmo was the lowest. Council President Saponaro stated, again, the 10% applies and everything Mr. Coyne had talked about. Any discussion on this? Mr. Meyers asked, do we have to redo the budget first? Council President Saponaro stated, no. Mr. Coyne stated, you can amend that later. Council President Saponaro stated, we would have to amend the budget at a later date. Generally towards the end of the year? Mr. Wynne replied, it's essentially amended at the time that this is approved but then we officially amend it at the end of the year.
