Does anyone have any questions or <br />would like to add to the conversation here? <br />There was no further comment. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $19,306 to Anselmo's Inc. for <br />Drainage & Infrastructure project located at 504 Zorn Lane, 6853 and 6863 Metro <br />Park Drive. (Engineer) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount <br />of $19.306 to Anselmo's Inc. for Drainage & Infrastructure project located at 504 Zorn Lane, <br />6853 and 6863 Metro Park Drive. (Engineer) <br />Council President Saponaro asked. Mr. Cappello, can you explain this project for us? <br />Mr. Cappello replied, yes Council President. The location is three residences, all of which have <br />standing water in their yard. They approached the D&I and made an application. We looked at <br />it and received three competitive bids of which Anselmo was the lowest. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, again, the 10% applies and everything Mr. Coyne had talked <br />about. Any discussion on this? <br />Mr. Meyers asked, do we have to redo the budget first? <br />Council President Saponaro stated, no. <br />Mr. Coyne stated, you can amend that later. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, we would have to amend the budget at a later date. Generally <br />towards the end of the year? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, it's essentially amended at the time that this is approved but then we <br />officially amend it at the end of the year. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any other questions regard this? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Council President Saponaro stated, 1 do think that we need to look at the Drainage and <br />Infrastructure Ordinance and the Committee itself. There has been discussion regarding the <br />
