Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Police Department) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-50. Council President Pro Tem Meyers asked, any discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 2019-51, entitled, "A resolution creating Thornapple Park." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-51. Council President Pro Tem Meyers clarified, this will be moving to Second Reading. Resolution No. 2019-52, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Purchase Agreement with 345 Miner Road LLC for the sale of 6434 Highland Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio for the sum of $250,000." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-52. Council President Pro Tem Meyers asked, any discussion?
