Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, August 19, 2019 <br />Page 9 <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-17, entitled, "An Ordinance revising the zone <br />map of Mayfield Village so as to amend the zoning classification of land located at 730 <br />SOM Center Road, Mayfield Village and known as Permanent Parcel Number 831-15- <br />003 from its current classification to Office Laboratory District." Introduced by Mayor <br />Bodnar (Administration) <br />Council President Pro Tem Meyers stated, this Ordinance will be moved to Second Reading for <br />September. <br />Mr. Coyne stated, Mr. President, I just wanted to note for the record that we have had <br />discussions with the applicant and the attorney for the applicant. They are receptive to a <br />Development Agreement being drafted to be executed before the final reading of the Ordinance <br />We have got a draft that we have exchanged and I will be meeting with the Department Heads <br />tomorrow to discuss appropriate revisions to it and send it back to counsel for the applicant. <br />Council President Pro Tem Meyers stated, thank you. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-18, entitled, "An Ordinance revising the zone <br />map of Mayfield Village so as to amend the zoning classification of 0.379 acres of land <br />located at 6625 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village and known as a portion of <br />Permanent Parcel Number 831-15-014 from its current classification to Small Office <br />Building District." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) <br />Mr. Coyne stated, point of order Council President, Ordinance 2019-17, just like the current <br />Ordinance 2019-18, after the First Read, these are referred back to the Planning Commission. <br />They will have to be reviewed by Planning and then it will come back to Council. <br />Council President Pro Tem Meyers stated, thank you. <br />• Resolution No. 2019-49, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield <br />Village to take all actions necessary to accept Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council <br />(NOPEC) electronic device charging station." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Parks and <br />Recreation) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-49. <br />Council President Pro Tem Meyers asked, any discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: <br />All <br />Motion Carried <br />NAYS: <br />None <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
