ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-17, entitled, "An Ordinance revising the zone map of Mayfield Village so as to amend the zoning classification of land located at 730 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Village and known as Permanent Parcel Number 831-15- 003 from its current classification to Office Laboratory District." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (First Reading — August 19, 2019) (Administration) Council President Saponaro stated, this is now on Second Reading. It will move to Third. I would like to get a motion to refer this Ordinance to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Motion to refer Ordinance No. 2019-17 to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to refer Ordinance No. 2019-17 to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? There was none. It went to their workshop and will go to their official voting meeting. • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2019-18, entitled, "An Ordinance revising the zone map of Mayfield Village so as to amend the zoning classification of 0.379 acres of land located at 6625 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village and known as a portion of Permanent Parcel Number 831-15-014 from its current classification to Small Office Building District." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (First Reading — August 19, 2019) (Administration) Council President Saponaro stated, this is also on Second Read this evening and will move to Third Read for the October meeting. I would like a motion to refer Ordinance 2019-18 to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
