Introduced by <br />Mayor Bodnar (First Reading — August 19, 2019) (Administration) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-51. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Does anyone have any questions on this at all? <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, I would like to thank the community for the positive feedback we got on <br />creating this park. I just want to recognize a member of our audience tonight who is a resident of <br />our community, Mr. Ray Haserodt who is in the back row there. Mr. Haserodt suggested we <br />name the park Fisher Park to honor the heritage of this area so thank you for making the <br />suggestion and for coming out tonight. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any comments? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Motion to authorize execution by the Mayor and Finance Director of Extension <br />Agreement with James G. Zupka, CPA, Inc. for annual audits from January 1, 2019 <br />to December 31, 2020. (Finance Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize execution by the Mayor and <br />Finance Director of Extension Agreement with James G. Zupka, CPA, Inc. for annual audits <br />from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. (Finance Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, this will be the final extension that the State of Ohio will request us to make <br />for the audit. When they make these requests, it's usually based upon their own workload and <br />staffing levels because we are required to be audited by the State. This will be the final two <br />years out of the 10 years that's allowed and then after the 2020 audit it will revert back to the <br />State of Ohio. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any questions regarding this? <br />E <br />
