I am coordinating with the
representative. It is hopeful it can be held early in the year as there are a lot of new Council
members in the area. I will keep you post on when that will be scheduled. Also, a reminder to
let me know your selections for Charter Review Commission. I have heard from a couple of
Council members but I need to hear quickly so that letters inviting the representatives to the
January Council meeting can be sent out.
As far as the January meetings are concerned, it looks like Monday, January 6th will be the
Organizational Meeting of Council and then Caucus. There are two potential dates for the
Regular Meeting of Council, Tuesday, January 21St or Monday, January 27th
Council President Saponaro asked, any thoughts on these dates?
Council agreed to hold the Regular Meeting of Council for Tuesday, January 21 St at 7:00 p.m.
Council President Saponaro stated, so read the Council meetings so everyone knows when they
are for January.
Mrs. Betsa replied, Monday, January 6th at 7:00 will be the Organizational Meeting of Council
and the Regular Meeting of Council.
