I - Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Tuesday, January 21, 2020 Page 5 Congratulations Denny. Mayor Bodnar stated, at this point, we are going to move on to our Committee selections for 2020. Motion to approve the Committee selections for 2020 Mr. Meyers, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to approve the Committee selections for 2020. Council President Schutt asked, discussion? Mr. Meyers stated, I would like to say a few things. Pretty much to all of our Committees in the Village, attendance is kind of a major factor and we can't get that much input if people don't show up at meetings, so we kind of encourage people to give us the input when they come to the meetings. We need it. That's how we move forward in Mayfield Village. Please, if you have the time and you want to be involved, let's move forward. Thank you. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Committee Selections for 2020 Approved Mayor Bodnar stated, okay, so you just have all been reappointed or appointed for the first time. Whether you are here as a volunteer or committee person, a representative or as a person who has been giving service to Mayfield Village for a number of years, welcome to your participation here. We are glad to have you here. We look forward to working with you in this year and years to come. I am going to swear everyone in right now and then when I am done, we will ask you to proceed to the back of the room where you will find your committee and you will find an oath with your name on the top. Once you have been sworn in, please sign your oath at the gap between the oath and the part where I sign and the Law Director signs. If you are here as a representative, a member of a Committee or a Commission, I would ask you to please stand.
