Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, August 17, 2020 Page 4 Mrs. Mills stated, Donna certainly has been an asset to the Village in many many many facets from Easter Bunny to making cotton candy and candied apples. Whatever we asked her to do, she would be there to do it. We really appreciate all of the help that you have ever been for the Village to progress like we have. So, thank you, Donna. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Resolution Adopted Comments from Council President Schutt Due to the Labor Day Holiday, Caucus is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8th. The next regularly scheduled meeting of Council is Monday, September 21St. For the time being, these meetings will be held virtually. If anything changes, the website will be updated with this information and notification sent to the news media. Open Portion — For Public Comment (5 -minute limit imposed by Chair) Council President Schutt stated, Mrs. Betsa did not receive any public comments to be read into the record. DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: Finance Department — Ron Wynne: Yes, I am giving this report on behalf of the Village Engineer, Tom Cappello. He just asked me to report to Council The 2020 Road Program is basically completed. There are some punch list items that the contractor still needs to take care of, but the program itself is pretty much done. The sidewalk on Wilson Mills is on schedule and is slated to be completed by the end of the month of August. Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Mr. Wynne. OLD BUSINESS • Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-17, entitled, "An ordinance repealing Mayfield Village Codified Ordinance Chapter 955 Drainage and Infrastructure." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Administration) (First Reading — June 15, 2020; Second Reading — July 20, 2020) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2020-17.
