Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, August 17, 2020 <br />Page 4 <br />Mrs. Mills stated, Donna certainly has been an asset to the Village in many many many facets from <br />Easter Bunny to making cotton candy and candied apples. Whatever we asked her to do, she would <br />be there to do it. We really appreciate all of the help that you have ever been for the Village to <br />progress like we have. So, thank you, Donna. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any other comments? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />Comments from Council President Schutt <br />Due to the Labor Day Holiday, Caucus is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8th. The next <br />regularly scheduled meeting of Council is Monday, September 21St. For the time being, these <br />meetings will be held virtually. If anything changes, the website will be updated with this <br />information and notification sent to the news media. <br />Open Portion — For Public Comment (5 -minute limit imposed by Chair) <br />Council President Schutt stated, Mrs. Betsa did not receive any public comments to be read into the <br />record. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />Finance Department — Ron Wynne: Yes, I am giving this report on behalf of the Village <br />Engineer, Tom Cappello. He just asked me to report to Council The 2020 Road Program is <br />basically completed. There are some punch list items that the contractor still needs to take care of, <br />but the program itself is pretty much done. The sidewalk on Wilson Mills is on schedule and is <br />slated to be completed by the end of the month of August. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Mr. Wynne. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />• Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-17, entitled, "An ordinance repealing Mayfield <br />Village Codified Ordinance Chapter 955 Drainage and Infrastructure." Introduced by <br />Mayor Bodnar. (Administration) (First Reading — June 15, 2020; Second Reading — July <br />20, 2020) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2020-17. <br />
