Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, December 20, 2021 Page 3 An update on Patsy. Patsy has been doing great. She is very appreciative of the stocking full of goodies that we brought to her a couple of weeks ago. I also visited Patsy this past Friday. She looked wonderful. The therapist came in while she was there. She was mobile. She is set to go home tomorrow so she should be home for Christmas. She is looking really great. I received an e-mail from Jim Farmer, a resident of Mayfield Village, a couple of days ago. He was very grateful to Scott and the Service Department for helping him with some disposal issues. He had various things that needed to be disposed of and the Service Department was able to help him and did so immediately and very courteously. Again, that kind of service defines Mayfield Village. Thanks to Scott and the department for all you do. That's all I have tonight. Council President Schutt stated, thank you Mayor Bodnar. Comments From Council President Schutt Council President Schutt stated, I would also like to thank Lisa and Janae for their excellent work in receiving that call and taking action like that in saving that man's life. Thank you for all you do for Mayfield Village. Congratulations to Denny Murphy and his wife Katie on the birth of their second daughter on December 13th. Congratulations to both of you. Hopefully the baby is healthy and the girls are getting along well. The Organizational Meeting of Council with the Inauguration of Elected and Appointed Officials will be held on Monday, January Yd at 6:30 p.m. Council Caucus will be held immediately after the meeting followed by a congratulatory reception. All are invited to attend. Masks and social distancing continue to be required at the Civic Center. As Mayor Bodnar also mentioned, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to all. Stay healthy and safe.
