Introduced by Mayor <br />Bodnar (Administration) <br />Ordinance No. 2021-12 moved to Second Read <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-13, entitled, "An ordinance amending Mayfield <br />Village Codified Ordinance Section 351.99 Penalty." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar <br />(Administration) <br />Ordinance 2021-13 moved to Second Read <br />• Resolution No. 2021-32, entitled, "A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as <br />determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and <br />certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar <br />(Administration) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2021-32 <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />• Resolution No. 2021-35, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution authorizing Mayfield <br />Village to enter into a contract with Stephen Campbell Associates for a communications <br />recording system in the amount of $21,539.00."
