Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, June 21, 2021 <br />Page 7 <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-09, entitled, "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Chapter 153 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio pertaining to wages, <br />benefits and other terms and conditions of employment and repealing such other <br />Ordinances as are inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Administration). <br />Council President Schutt stated, I received notification that we were seeking to pass this tonight. <br />Mr. Meyers, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2021-09. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• Resolution No. 2021-20, entitled, "An emergency resolution adopting the Alternative Tax <br />Budget Information for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the Fiscal Year 2022." Introduced by <br />Mayor Bodnar. (Administration). <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2021-20. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, just as a reminder for Council, this is an annual requirement we have with the <br />Cuyahoga County Budget Commission. The purpose of this Alternative Tax Budget is really two- <br />fold. One is to let the County know that the property tax money that we receive every year as to <br />how we want it allocated amongst our funds. We have had no change in how we are going to do <br />our allocation. The majority of it goes to the General Fund with a portion of it going to the Police <br />Pension, Police Operating Fund. The second purpose of this is to itemize our outstanding debt so <br />
