ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted • Resolution No. 2021-21, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to expend funds in an amount not to exceed $130,000 to Wichert Insurance Svc, Inc. for renewal policy of business insurance coverage." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Administration). Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2021-21. Council President Schutt asked, discussion? Mr. Wynne reported, yes, our annual renewal after going out to market, came in at $125,907. This is 4.8% higher than our premiums last year of $120,184. We request $130,000 because after the renewal over the next 12 months we typically add vehicles and sell vehicles at the same time so the additional $3,000-4,000 is the company insurance premiums on those new vehicles that we will purchase and then we get an insurance reimbursement which goes into revenue as a miscellaneous reimbursement.
