Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council
Monday, February 15, 2021
Page 7
Raymond and Sandra Koren
822 Hanover Road
To: Mayfield Village Council
Re: Term Limits
Thank you for the opportunity to express our opinion on the question of term limits in the upcoming
Special Election.
We are against term limits.
As 35 plus years of residents and business owners in Mayfield Village, we have seen and worked for
a large number of persons elected to Mayor and Council. We must say we are very happy and proud
of our current Administration. Without naming names, look at our current and past officials and we
see no reason for term limits.
As voters, we can limit any of their terms if we disapprove of their performance by voting them out.
Thank you again for the opportunity to share our opinions.
Department Head Reports:
Mary Betsa (Council Clerk) - The Northeast Ohio City Council Association (NOCCA) is
presenting their 1St Quarterly Forum virtually on Thursday, February 18th at 6:45.
