Coyne, Law Director <br />Mayfield Village <br />July 19, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />Consistent with the practical difficulties of complying with the time requirements of the <br />First Amendment to Development Agreement, Georgian respectfully requests that Village <br />Council take all necessary action to authorize the following: <br />a) Extend the time period in which to commence construction of the Development, <br />up to and including November 19, 2023. <br />b) Extend the time period in which to apply for Site Plan, Conditional Use and Area <br />Variances approvals for a period of one (1) year, up to and including July 19, <br />2022. <br />C) Extent the time period in which to complete a Traffic Study for a period of one (1) <br />year, up to and including July 19, 2022. <br />Thank you for giving this matter your attention and do not hesitate to contact me with any <br />questions as I await the Village's response. <br />KJF/dan <br />cc: Client <br />Very truly yours, <br />Xenneth'J.
