Are there any other Committee reports? <br />Chief Carcioppolo stated, sorry I didn't have a report as of last week, but I just wanted to give <br />our Fire Department's condolences to Cleveland Fire on the loss of Firefighter Johnny Tetrick, a <br />27 -year veteran who was hit and killed on Saturday evening on the freeway. I commend <br />everyone here for the photo enforcement program to try to get some speed reduction up there <br />because that is one of the most dangerous things we do on a high-risk, high -frequency basis on <br />the freeway. I thought it was worthy to mention all that. Sorry, that's my report that I didn't <br />have last week. <br />Council President Schutt stated, no problem at all. Thank you Chief. Introduced by <br />Mayor Bodnar. (First Reading — October 17, 2022) <br />Council President Schutt asked, are there any questions or discussion regarding Ordinance No. <br />2022-22? <br />There were none. <br />Ordinance No. 2022-22 will move to Third Read at our Regular Meeting of Council on <br />December 19, 2022. <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2022-23, entitled, "An Ordinance adopting Mayfield <br />Village Codified Ordinance Chapter 122, appeals of the decisions of the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals to Council."
