Passed 5-3-82.) <br />147.03 COMPENSATION. <br />All members of the Commission on Aging shall serve without compensation. <br />(Ord. 82-30. Passed 5-3-82.) <br />147.04 POWERS AND DUTIES. <br />The Commission on Aging shall adopt its own rules and regulations to govern its activities. In <br />addition, the Commission shall elect one of its voting members as Chair. <br />The Commission shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Administration and Council on all <br />matters relating to aging and to recommend programs for the aging citizens of the Municipality <br />and the means of implementing such programs.
