Minutes of the Special Meeting of Council
Monday, May 1, 2023
Page 5
Mr. Meyers stated, maybe if they do rebid it, they will sharpen their pencil a little bit if they
want the work.
Mr. Williams stated, and we will also be able to determine if we need the lighting or not.
Mr. McAvinew stated, that's a good point. We are going to have to work with the Service
Department to put some temporary lighting in that area. There's some lighting there, but we
should brighten it up a little bit for safety purposes. That might not be the most appealing
looking lighting for temporary purposes, but it's going to get the job done.
Council President Schutt stated, that's good that we at least have the option to add the
temporary lighting.
Mr. McAvinew stated, and that would be outside of the project. It would not be in these
costs.
Council President Schutt asked, any other comments or discussion?
There was none.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Carried
Resolution Adopted
Council President Schutt stated, Resolution No. 2023-35 passes.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Arndt, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to adjourn.
The meeting adjourned at 8:01 p.m. The next Regular meeting of Council will be on Monday, May
15, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in Civic Hall at the Mayfield Village Civic Center.
STEPHEN SCHUTT, COUNCIL PRESIDENT
BRENDA T.
