We might be able to talk to the Regional Director to see if that's something <br />we can do, but right now, we are in rotation. <br />Mr. Murphy stated, thank you. <br />Mr. Wynne replied, and there's no different cost. It's the same. It's just how quickly it gets done <br />with an independent firm. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any other comments or discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carries <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Council President Schutt stated, Resolution 2024-21 passes. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2024-22, entitled, "An emergency resolution declaring <br />the necessity and intention to appropriate and acquire the fee simple interest in certain real <br />property known as Permanent Parcel Number 831-34-056, in Mayfield Village, County of <br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, as is more fully described herein, for the purposes of the <br />construction of stormwater infrastructure improvements for the Worton Park Phase 2 <br />Culvert Replacement Project." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law Department) (Under <br />ORC 719.05 only one Reading of this Resolution is Required. Passage is requested upon <br />one Reading. Upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of <br />the Mayor.) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2024-22. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2024-22. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, I would like to mention for Council's benefit that the acquisition of this property <br />has been factored into our budget for this year. We factored in the cost of going out and acquiring <br />
