That's the next piece of legislation. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any other discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />Council President Schutt stated, Resolution 2024-22 passes. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2024-23, entitled, -An emergency resolution authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Reimbursement <br />Agreement with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District as and for the costs to acquire <br />the real estate at 1006 Woodland Drive for the Worton Park Phase 2 Culvert Replacement <br />Project." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law Department) (Requires suspension of the rules <br />tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the <br />Mayor.) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2024-23. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2024-23. <br />
