Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, July 15, 2024 <br />Page 10 <br />• Motion to approve recommendation from Planning & Zoning Commission <br />concerning the Conditional Use Permit for a new basketball court for Preformed Line <br />Products, 651 Beta Dr. <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to approve recommendation from Planning <br />& Zoning Commission concerning the Conditional Use Permit for a new basketball court for <br />Preformed Line Products, 651 Beta Dr. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Recommendation Approved <br />• Motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for June 2024 and to approve of <br />same as submitted. (Finance Department) <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports <br />for June 2024 and to approve of same as submitted. (Finance Department) <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />ANY OTHER MATTERS <br />All Motion Carries <br />None Financial Reports for <br />June 2024 Acknowledged <br />And Approved as Submitted <br />Council President Schutt asked, are there any other matters to come before Council this evening? <br />Mr. Arndt stated, I would like to bring up the main topic that was discussed earlier about them <br />getting served to get out of the house in 82 days. I want to know where the date came from and <br />why they got served. A little bit of back story on it would be nice. <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, I will let Diane handle this from a legal standpoint. I believe the law requires <br />30 days. It was our intention to give basically two and a half times that much time. <br />Ms. Calta stated, we had three properties that were provided notification on the same date for the <br />same time period. They all are similar leases which are month -to -month which only require a 30- <br />
