Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, February 17, 2025 <br />Page 12 <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2025-12. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />Council President Schutt stated, Resolution 2025-12 passes. <br />Motion to refer PPN 831-04-001, 831-04-002, 831-04-003, 831-05-001, 831-05-002, <br />831-05-003, and 831-05-004 to the Planning & Zoning Commission for a report and <br />recommendation to change existing zoning from Single -Family Residential to <br />Production Distribution. <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to refer PPN 831-04-001, 831-04-002, <br />831-04-003, 831-05-001, 831-05-002, 831-05-003, and 831-05-004 to the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission for a report and recommendation to change existing zoning from Single -Family <br />Residential to Production Distribution. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />Mr. Meyers stated, there's one more piece of property down on SOM. Is that going to be included <br />in that? I think it's 269 SOM. <br />Mr. Marquart replied, no. That's not part of this. Just to clarify, Mr. Meyers, the parcels in question <br />are between I-271 and North Commons Boulevard, north of Governor's Village. <br />Mr. Meyers asked, nothing to the other side? <br />Mr. Marquart replied, no. It just occurred to me which one you are speaking of now. Mayfield <br />Village does own that. <br />Mr. Meyers stated, behind the cemetery. <br />Mr. Marquart replied, nothing imminent. Who knows, there could be a development coming down <br />the pike for another commercial enterprise that we would come to you folks for review, but nothing <br />at this time. <br />Mr. Meyers stated.
