My favorite room <br />was the school room. It was fun writing on the chalkboard and learning about school long ago. I <br />really enjoyed my visit." <br />"Dear Volunteers — thank you for letting us visit the Historic House. I really enjoyed the tool <br />room. This room was my favorite because there were so many different tools. I liked learning <br />that people did not have fire trucks. Instead they had to use wagons." <br />Thank you again for your donation. Come and visit us sometime or come to our meetings. Thank <br />you. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Ms. Baker. Are there any other comments this <br />evening? <br />There were none. <br />Department Head Reports: <br />Diane Wolgamuth (Administration) — Thank you, Council President. Reporting for Citizen's <br />Advisory Committee, the Committee will be meeting on Monday, March 3Is'. Their guest that <br />evening will be School Superintendent Dr. Michael Barnes. The Committee members had some <br />questions following the recent passage of the levy and he has graciously agreed to come and answer <br />their questions. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you Ms. Wolgamuth. Any questions? <br />There were none. <br />Dan Russell (Building Department) — Thank you, Council President. I will be reporting on the <br />February 181h BZA meeting and the February 27th ARB meeting. We received two applications <br />for variances at the BZA meeting. Both were approved. We had two applications for the ARB <br />meeting, one for a new monument sign and one for an addition. They were both approved. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any questions? <br />There were none. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you, Mr. Russell. <br />Chief Matias (Police Department) — Thank you Council President. I just wanted to update <br />Council. At Caucus I discussed some quotes I had to get our employee entrance replaced. Just as <br />I was working on the quotes, Millstone, one of the quotes, had to increase the price by $1,000 due <br />to the additional material cost from when I got the initial quote. ProDoor, when I checked with <br />them about if they would do drywall work, they lowered their quote by $1,000. Now that there is <br />
