MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />Monday, May 19, 2025 — 7:00 p.m. <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall -Mayfield Village Civic Center <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, May 19, 2025 in Mayfield <br />Village Civic Hall at the Mayfield Village Civic Center. Council President Schutt called the <br />meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Council President Schutt asked, Mrs. Betsa, may I have a Roll Call, please? <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Arndt, Mr. Gall, Mrs. Jurcisek, <br />Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Meyers, Mr. Murphy <br />and Mr. Schutt <br />Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Ms. Rich, Ms. Calta, <br />Mr. Cappello, Chief Carcioppolo, Chief Matias, <br />Mr. Marquart, Mr. McAvinew, Mr. Russell, <br />Mr. Stupczy, Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: None <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />ONSIDERATION OF MINUTE : <br />Regular Council Meeting — April 21, 2025 <br />Mrs. Jurcisek. seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Regular <br />Council Meeting of April 21, 2025 as written. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Minutes of April 21, 2025 <br />Meeting Approved as Written <br />Special Council Meeting — April 28, 2025 <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Special <br />Council Meeting of April 28, 2025 as written. <br />
