Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, May 19, 2025 <br />Page 5 <br />Council President Schutt asked, are there any other department head reports this evening? <br />There were none. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-03, entitled, "An ordinance revising the zone <br />map of Mayfield Village so as to amend the zoning classification of 15.6 acres of land <br />located south of White Road and west of North Commons Boulevard and known as <br />permanent parcel numbers 831-04-001, 831-04-002, 831-04-003, 831-05-001, 831-05- <br />002, 831-05-003, and 831-05-004 from its current Residential Classification to <br />Production Distribution." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (First Reading <br />— March 18, 2025) (Upon Third Reading and passage, this legislation upon signature of <br />the Mayor will be submitted to the electors for a vote.) <br />Council President Schutt stated, Ordinance No. 2025-03 will remain on Second Read. A public <br />hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 161n at 6:30 p.m. here in this room. Following the hearing, <br />this Ordinance will move to Third Read for consideration of passage. Upon signature of the <br />Mayor, this legislation will be submitted to the electors for a vote. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-05, entitled, "An Ordinance amending Codified <br />Ordinance Section 1185.11(a)(4) relating to signage in local business, small office <br />building, motorist service, office laboratory and production distribution districts." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (Upon Third Reading and passage, this <br />legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.) <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />Ordinance 2025-05 will move to Second Read at the Regular Meeting of Council on June 161n <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-06, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance extending <br />the temporary moratorium adopted pursuant to Ordinance 2024-23 on the approval, <br />issuance and processing of any applications for and/or the approval of any use variances, <br />conditional use permits, zoning permits, building permits, certificates of occupancy or <br />other permits or licenses for any building structure, use, or change in use for any assisted <br />living, memory care and/or nursing home facilities in Mayfield Village for an additional <br />six months." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) (Requires suspension of the <br />rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature <br />of the Mayor.) <br />
