ROLL CALL: AYES: Arndt, Gall, Motion Carries Jurcisek, Marquardt Resolution Passes Meyers, Murphy NAYS: None ABSTAIN: Schutt • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-25, entitled, "An emergency Resolution authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to accept a proposal, waive competitive bidding and enter into a contract with Duro-Last Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC to replace the roof of the garage next to the salt dome at 734 SOM Center Road based upon Duro-Last's Statewide Roofing Contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation (Public Contract CTR 025380-Roofing DOT 19025-1) in an amount not to exceed $129,062.98 which includes a five percent contingency for unforeseen circumstances."
