It is he-reby declared necessary and conducive to the public hea,lth, c onvenience and welfare t o improve Beech Hill Roa,d fxrom 'ffilson Tgills Road to the Guyahoga Couxity Disposal Plant by constructir_g I'Jfai n Sevv- er and Pumpirg Station therein. , That.said Main Sewer and Pumpirig Station shall be constructed in accordance vi th the plans ahd specifications on file in the office of t11e Clerk of the Village, which said plans, estimates and specifica- tions be, and the same are hereby approved, and said sewer shall be of vitrified pipe. Section 2. That the iFahole cost of said improvement as des- cribed in Section 1 hereir.above, less one-fiftieth (1/50) thereof and the cost of in-tersections, shall be a.ssessed in proportion to the benefits which may re- sult from said improvement upon the following described lots and landq to wit: Begiruni.ng at a point on the westerly line of S.O.M. ?
