OUT OF CURRENT TAX COZZ,ECTIONS <br />WHE1tEA5, the balance in the General Fund of the Village of Mayfield <br />" has declined to the point where it will be impossible to meet the Village <br />payroll and to pay its bills for the month of October, 1960; and <br />La1 <br />a <br />? <br />? <br />? <br />.?, <br />? <br />(L <br />Cb <br />m <br />a <br />z <br />? <br />(J) <br />? <br />a <br />W <br />WHEREAS, suf£icient funds have been collected by the Countp of <br />Cuyahoga f rom the taxpayers of the Village of Mayf ield to cover much more <br />than is required to meet the October payroll and pay the October expenses; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Village of Mayf ield estimates that the <br />sam of at leatt $8,000,00 is needed from current tax collections to pay <br />current expenses.. <br />1VOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTT, OF THE VILZ,AGE OF MAYFIE"LD, <br />CUYAHOGA GOITNTY OHIO, THAT : <br />Sec. lo The County Anditor of Cuyahoga County is hereby requested <br />to advanee to the Vi:llage o£ Mayfield out of current tax collections the <br />sum of at least $8,000.00 to be used for general f und purposes. <br />See. 2.
