<br />MAYF IELD V ILLAG E, OHIO, SO AS TO REZONE FROM SMALL
<br />OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT TO MOTORIST SERVICE DISTRICT
<br />ALL OF PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 831-15-27, THE SOUTHERLY
<br />APPROXIMATE FOUR HUNDRED (400) FEET OF PERMANENT
<br />PARCEL N0. 831-15-26, AS MEASURED FROM TAE FRONT
<br />LOT LINE, AND. THE SOUTHERLY APPROXIMATE FOUR HUNDRED
<br />(400) FEET OF PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 831-15-23, AS
<br />MEASURED FROM THE FRONT LOT LINE, AND SUBMITTING THE
<br />SAME TO THE ELECTORS OF THE MUNICIPALITY.

<br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, enacted
<br />Ordinance No. 294 on July 19, 1948 which adopted the District and Zone
<br />Map of Mayfield Village,, Ohio; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, enacted
<br />Ordinance No. 72-7 on May 15, 1972 which incorporated into the
<br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, the District and Zone
<br />Map, as of oresaid, as amended from time-to-time; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village have
<br />determined that it is in the best interests of the health, saf ety,
<br />morals and general welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village to
<br />revise the aforementioned District and Zone Map of Mayfield Village so
<br />as to rezone, from Small Office Building District to Motorist Service
<br />District, all of Permanent Parcel No. 831-15-27, the southerly approx-
<br />imate four hundred (400) feet of Permanent Parcel No. 831-15-26, as
<br />measured from the front lot line, and the southerly approximate four
<br />hundred (400) feet of Permanent Parcel No. 83I-15-23, as measured from
<br />the front lot line; now, therefore,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT:
<br />Section 1. The District and Zone Map of Mayfield Village,
<br />Ohio, as originally adopted by Ordinance No. 294, and as amended from
<br />time-to-time, is hereby revised by changing, from Small Office
<br />Building District to Motorist Service District, the zoning classifi-
<br />cations of all of Permanent Parcel No. 831-15-27, the southerly
<br />approximate four hundred (400) feet of Permanent Parcel No. 831-15-26,
<br />as measured from the front lot line, and the southerly approximate
<br />four hundred (400) feet of Permanent Parcel No. 831-15-23, as measured
<br />from the front lot line, all three of which parcels are more fully
<br />described in the legal descriptions attached hereto and incorporated
<br />herein as if fully rewritten.
<br />Section 2. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized and
<br />directed to revise the District and Zone Map of Mayfield Village,
<br />Ohio, in conformance with the revisions to that Map made herein.
