ORDINANCE NO. 81-68 INTRODUCED BY : Mayor and ~ Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE PROVIDING TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE YEAR 1982. ~~ WHEREAS, it is recommended by the Finance Director that during the fiscal year ending December 31, 1982, this Council provide for current expenses and expenditures of the Village, and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following sums be set aside and appropriated at this time: GENERAL FUND STREET CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND STATE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT FUND POLICE PENSION FUND STREET LIGHTING FUND GENERAL BOND RETIREMENT FUND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BOND RETIREMENT FUND POLICE OPERATING LEVY FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND PERFORMANCE BOND FUND FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND RECREATION FUND TOTALS now, therefore, $ 500,000.00 15,000.00 1,000.00 25,000.00 20,000.00 20,000.00 10,000.00 30,000.00 25,000.00 2,000.00 33,000.00 1,000.00 $ 682,000.00 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The Finance Director of Mayfield Village, Ohio is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payments from the General Fund in the amount of $500,000.00; from the Street Construction, 114aintenance and Repair Fund in the amount of $15,000.00; from the State Highway Improvement Fund in the amount of $1,000.00; from the Police Pension Fund in the amount of $25,000.00; from the Street Lighting Fund in the amount of $20,000.00; from the General Bond Retirement Fund in the amount of $20,000.00; from the Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund in the amount of $10,000.00; from the Police Operating Levy Fund in the amount of $30,000.00; from the Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $25,000.00; from the Performance Bond Fund in the amount of $2,000.00;
