OF I~JIAYI'IELD, QHIO, . <br />BE IT CRDAIi1ED BY TTY COU7~TCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF D.IAYFIELD, CUYAIIOGA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF .OHIO; _ _ .. <br />Sec. 1s That fi. C. Gallimore be, and.'he is hereby employed and <br />appointed as Engineer wa.thin and for the Village of lu.ayfield, uxitil December <br />31st, 1951; _ , <br />Secs 2. That as Engineor he shall. furnish the follrnving services <br />to the municipality; <br />(a) He shall prepare all necessary plazas, profiles, <br />specifications and estimates of cost of every -kind for all public <br />improvements; <br />(b) He shall super~ri.se and serve as the representative of <br />the Village in the execution of all public work underL-aken by this <br />Council, pursuant to plans and specifications approved by this Council; <br />(c) He shall supervise atad direct all Inspectors, appointed <br />by the Road Conunittee of this Council and such Inspectors shall <br />report to and receive their instructions from him; " <br />(d) He will furnish to the Council plans, specifications <br />and estimates of cost of all improvements for the guidance of this <br />Council and for the information and guidance of contractors dealing <br />with the municipality; <br />(e) Upon request, he sha7.1 make and deliver to this <br />Council monthly reports of the progress of improvements under his <br />charge, stating conditions of .same together ~rrlth any other matters of <br />interest desired by this Councils All plans shall be the property <br />of the Village arid, when so directed by the Council, be filed in <br />the Clerks office, upon completion of any improvement; <br />(f) His services shall <br />this Village_a'nd to any Official <br />in connection with the municipal <br />bo available to any Department of <br />acting in his official capacity, <br />business. <br />Sec. 3. That the Village shall pay to Ii. C. Gallimore for services <br />rendered by him as, follo-rrs: <br />(a) For"services in connection with construction of public <br />amprovements~he shall receive compensation equal to six per coat (6f) <br />of the actual cost of construction of all improvements made by this "_ <br />Council and"under his control, said sum to be paid at the time the <br />
