ORDINANCE No. 379 By Mr. Hall AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITFI THE IMPROVENENT OF S.O.M. CENTER ROAD FRCfi~~_THE CENTER LINE OF WILSON HILLS ROAD_NORTHERLY TO THE. NORTH LITTE OF THE 1'R03.'ERTY OF THE RI~FIELD BOARD OF EDUCATION, BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A_ WATER I~9,IN. 1NHER.EAS, this Council adopted Resolution RTO. 182 on January 29, 1951, declaring the necessity for improving S.O.B2. Center Road from the center line of Wilson Nlills Road northerly to the north litre of the property of the T''~ayfield Board of Education by the construction of a water main in accordance Frith tho plats, specifications, estimate of cost and profiles greparod by the Village Engineer and on file in the office of . the Clerk of the Village of R4ayfield, and tiVHEREAS, a certificate of the Clerk of Cou?~cil has been filod showi~tg service of notice of the passage of such aesolution on the ovrner of each lot and parcel of property on said S.O.M. Canter Road between the center line of V~Tilson, Hills Road northerly to the north line of rho property of thel'Iayfield Board of Education by~personal service and publication, atd VV~AS, the.Clerk of Council has certified that no elzims for damages have been received during the claim period, and VAS, the Council desires to proceod with the said improvement; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PtIAYFIELD, STATE OF OHIO, CUYAT30GA COUNTY, THREE-FOUP~THS OF ALL NENBERS ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING: _ _ Soc. is That it i.s hereby deternu.ned to Proceed with the improve- ment of S.O.N. Center Road from the center line of V~ilson Mills Road northerly to the north line of the property of the h4ayfield Board of Education by the construction of a water main, all in accordance vrith IiesalL?tion PTo. 182, adopted Jant?ary 29, 1951, and in accordance v~rith the general plans, specifications, estimates and profiles b.eretofore approved and now on file in the office of the Clerk of Hayfield Village. Sec. 2. That all claims for damages resulting there~"rom shall be judicially inquired into after the completion of the proposed improvement and the solicitor be sxtd he is hereby authoz~.zod to institute proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction to inquire into claims.
