Section 13 1 (e) ~ Ordinance ~o`~mend Oreli.nance No.._ 86, an Architectural Board of Review and amended to read as follows: f Ordinance No. 360, entitled "An the Building Code, bg providing for an Advisory Architects is herebry "Sec. 13-1 (e) All plans for new buildings or exterior alterations must: be submitted to the Board, together with a registration fee of X10.00, which shall be collected bg the Board and paid to the ~i].lage treasury, before- the- Board will make. any review.
