Seneca Road frorn its •intersection <br />with SOM Center Road to a po.int 300 feet East of the center line of SOM <br />Center Road9 and the necessity of isnproving by tfie constru.ction of curbing <br />-t?he Eas-terly side of SOM Center Road in the dedicated part thereof' from <br />its intersection with W3.1.son Mills Road to the Norther7.y lzne of Seneca Road; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a11 oaJners of property abutting said proposed improvements <br />were served according to law wi.th notice of the adoption of said resolutioiz, <br />and no claims for damages were filed with the Village ly said abutting property <br />owners within the time permitted by law or thereafter; and <br />NMEAS, On October 21? 1957, Ordinance No. 596 was duly passed by <br />Counci.J,.., determining to proceed with tlze above described 3mprovements;and <br />WIHEEREAS' pursuant to Ordinance Noo 599 passed November 181 19579 <br />the Village of I4ayfie].d on or a bout the 14th day of December9 1957, borrowed <br />the sum of $5800.00 from the Ceatral National Banky Cleveland., Ohio' to pay <br />the property ownerst portion of the cost of said improvements$ which was <br />the entire amount of said improvements, less 2% and the cost of intersections; and <br />'WiEREAS, -the Village of Mayfield entered into a con.tract in zsriting <br />ti,rith A. De Franco & Sons for the constx°ucta.on of all of said 3mprovements' <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 598, passed November 18., 1957; and <br />WHER?'?AS, pursuant to said contract' A. De Franco & Sons constructed <br />sai.d sidetaalks in the abave described portions of Seneca Road and SOIV! Center <br />Road' ancl in the above described Easement in SOM Center 'Road; and.
